These terms govern the use of the IR Digital website and services.

1. Services. IR Digital provides web data extraction, market intelligence, e-commerce platform engineering and automation infrastructure services.

2. Acceptable use. Clients are responsible for the legality of requested data collection in their jurisdiction. We do not accept engagements involving personal data misuse, protected health/financial records, or unauthorized access to computer systems.

3. Engagements. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined per engagement in written agreement before work begins.

4. Intellectual property. Deliverables are licensed to the client upon full payment. Our internal tooling and methodologies remain our property.

5. Liability. Services are provided "as is". Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement.
